I am an experienced therapist with many years in the industry. I have worked with a range of different people including elite athletes and at events such as the 2002 Commonwealth games, Henley regatta and the European Indoor Athletics Championships 2007. I was also a lead tutor for the SPS Sports Massage Diploma course.

After an initial degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences I trained in sports massage and have been a member of the Sports Massage Association since it was formed in 2002. I have subsequently continued to attend various further developmental courses to enhance my skills and knowledge base.

Alongside my own clinics, I worked with Maidenhead Rugby Club since 2003, and subsequently completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Rehabilitation.  It was during this time that I gained an interest in the effectiveness of light touch work, and discovered CranioSacral Therapy.  I am now a qualified CranioSacral Therapist and continue to study in this area.
